About This Project

The site plan layout of the mosque and it’s supporting components are juxtaposed with the qiblat direction. The mosque features are inspired by the domes of Uthmaniyyah architecture, minarets from Sammara, and series of repeating archways projecting lights and shadows along the corridor. The entrance is welcomed by the main courtyard leading towards the bigger praying area giving the intention of clear hierarchy in terms of height and volume.
