About This Project
The exercise is to convert the existing empty SOHO units of the condominium development into Residential units for leasing. The scope includes preparation of leasing layout drawings for the clients, to prepare and issue architectural construction drawings (wall, toilets, doors and tiling), to prepare and issue construction drawings for joinery and interior fit-outs (wardrobe with table for master bedroom), kitchen cabinets and kitchen island and to prepare and issue M&E layout for air conditioner, ceiling fan, tv points, and others.
