The existing building is shaped according to the site boundaries and is located at the corner of the Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Sultan Ismail. The design is strategized to utilize this existing building and improve the form by playing with the elements of solid and void with a series of screens and balconies of the hotel rooms while keeping the whole form clean and minimal to create a signature look to the building.
