The design approach is to lay the building blocks in front of the water body without much disturbance to the hill profile. There are four towers ranging from 13 to 17 storeys, containing a total of 328 units, which are oriented to gain maximum view towards Putrajaya administration district and landmarks.
The multilevel car park are located at the back of the towers tucked in cascadingly with the site profile. It is equipped with openings with creepers planting screen towards the waterfront for natural ventilation and cooling purposes. Meanwhile the topmost level of the car park are equipped with roof garden blending in with the surrounding greeneries to provide an entrance statement for the pedestrian as well as the vehicle drop off.
